Babysitter Job: The snowden Family with 3 Children
I’m a busy, hands-on mom running my own business and looking for a warm, dependable nanny who can become a consistent part of our family’s routine. I’m currently parenting solo, and having reliable support allows me to balance my business, postpartum season, and being present with my children.
The primary care would be for my two younger girls, ages 4 and 5, and my baby. My 8-year-old will be with his dad during the school year, and my 12-year-old is independent enough to be home alone or occasionally help with the younger kids, so she would not require regular childcare.
Responsibilities would include helping care for the baby throughout the day, following his nap, feeding and play routines, and helping manage the girls after school and on weekends. This may include school or activity drop-offs and pick-ups, preparing simple meals and snacks, getting them outside or to activities, helping with bath and bedtime routines, and keeping the children’s things and common areas reasonably organized.
My parenting style is holistic, relaxed and connection-focused, while still having clear rules, structure and consistency. I value someone who is affectionate, playful and calm, but can also be firm when needed, confidently maintain boundaries, follow household rules and keep the kids on a healthy routine.
I’d love someone who genuinely enjoys children and is comfortable becoming part of the rhythm of our home. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone trustworthy, emotionally steady, flexible and dependable who wants a long-term position and can develop a genuine bond with our family.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Purple Family with 3 Children
I want my 3 little ones cared for a couple of times per week. My middle child, age 3, is likely on the spectrum and frequently throws temper tantrums. My other children are 21 months and 4 years. My 21-month-old might be on the spectrum but he is super chill. My 4-year-old seems pretty normal. Everyone says my kiddos are really well-behaved. I don't know what they will do with other people. As long as you are sweet, empathetic, and understanding, I'm sure you will love them.
We parent with the Hunt, Gather, Parent book. We don't say "good job." We do say words of encouragement and use more direct forms of recognition. If the kiddos are doing their thing, we don't interrupt even with recognition unless there is a serious reason. We relate good behavior and bad behavior to being a big kid or a baby. And it works really well. We try not to compliment them too much so they don't become praise junkies. If you have any questions about our methods, I can send you articles explaining our methods and if you become a long-time caregiver for my kiddos, I can and will likely buy you the book we use to parent.
I would really appreciate help keeping my house clean, as well. We try to involve the kiddos in the cleaning but we don't push it. We would just like some help watching and caring for our kiddos 2 days a week. My husband will be there while you watch my kiddos. He may leave for an hour or have you watch them at a local park so he can get space but he will be there most of the time. We are asking for help because my husband and I are on the spectrum, and the little things can become overwhelming.
When you start, it will likely only be 1 to 2 days per week.
We are all vaccinated and I would prefer anyone coming into our home to be vaccinated as well.
Thank you and have a nice day.

I also need help keeping up the housework (dishes, laundry, cleaning). We have a dog and cat. Occasionally there may be a 10 year old girl joining as their half sister comes to visit every other weekend.
