A little bit about us

We are a hard-working dual-career family in Sterling, VA, ready to call in reinforcements after making a valiant attempt at independently weaving home, work, and family. With the white flag waved, we seek a full-time nanny for our bustling toddler. Our ideal candidate is dependable, creative, and adaptable, willing to grow long-term with us throughout our daughter's early childhood. Preferably nanny duties will be combined with some light housekeeping chores, small errands, and meal preparation during the day. Regular housekeeping is employed separately.
We are within walking distance of many activities, parks, and outdoor spaces but will require some driving to activities. We request that candidates have an active and valid VA driver's license and a reliable vehicle that is current on all inspections. We will reimburse gas, tolls, etc., expensed during working hours.
This will be our first experience with a nanny and steady assistance. Still, we are experienced in independent employment basics, labor laws, and the simple rule of "treat others the way you want to be treated."
