Dear Host Family,
I have 5 years nanny experience where I have cared for newborns, multiple children groups (ages 1-9) and special needs children. I have worked as a live-in nanny, full-time and part time nanny. Below is a list of my care responsibilities I have provided for different age groups:
Newborn/Infant Care: My experience with newborns includes bottle feeding, changing diapers, playing with, cleaning after, and putting the newborn to sleep. Additionally I have cared for colic babies and I know how to calm and comfort the colic newborns so that they can fall asleep.
Toddlers (1-3 year olds): The majority of my nanny experience has been working with toddlers. My care duties have included cooking meals, dressing the children, changing diapers, potty training, helping them learn to walk, reading to the children, art activities, trip’s to parks, watching over play dates, teaching manner such as saying “please” and “thank you”, plus playing learning games with the children. Additionally I have driven toddlers to various appointments.
Children ages 4-9: My care duties with 4-9 years has included cooking meals and preparing snacks, helping prepare them for school, helping them with homework, driving them to their various afterschool actives, teaching manners and playing with the children.
Special Needs: I am currently providing part-time nanny care to two special needs children which includes with autistic needs. My experience with special needs includes preparing specialize diet meals, changing diapers, dressing, playing with, speech exercises and driving to therapy. My patience and understanding makes me a good care taker with special needs children.
Overall I believe my experience working with children of all ages and need types shows the level of patience, understanding and companion I bring to every family and I hope you will find me to be the right person for your family.
