A little bit about us

I’m a first time Mom to an amazing 16-month-old girl.
My husband and I are seeking an in-home nanny to start Jan. 12.
OPEN TO NANNY SHARE
We both work from home and are looking for a professional nanny to support us with our little one.
When: Monday - Friday, 10AM-4PM (an hour flexibility)
Where: Tampa, in-home
Focus on baby girl: Activities (learning, walks, singing, reading, etc.), lunch, changing, nap.
We’re looking for someone who can meet her physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs - contributing to a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which our babe can continue to thrive and develop.
Bonus: Frenchie also lives in the home.
Previous experience and references required, clean driving record/background, Drug/Smoke free. Certifications preferred.
30 hours a week to start, hours to potentially decrease to 15-20 in Feb./March. Paid holidays, and 1 week PTO. Will discuss all details in advance.

I work as a part-time marketing professional consulting for companies on marketing strategy and communications projects, and my husband has accepted a position as a physician. My schedule for next year is currently unknown but imagine I will need someone around 20 hours a week. I do have a German Shepard so would need someone comfortable around dogs (very sweet dog, just big and playful) , however would not require pet care.
