My wife and I are looking for somewhere between 35-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week, to help look after our son, Julian, who turns 2 in November.
In addition, we're expecting a new baby girl at the end of this September. My wife will be maternity leave through March, after which we would also need care for our daughter.
My wife is a doctor so her working days do vary but we know her schedule well in advance.
