My wife and I are looking for in home care for our children. My wife works from home so she will be available if need be. Rae is about a month old and Kidist will be 3 in March. She is completely potty trained and just needs help wiping and washing her hands, but you should not expect any accidents. We are looking for Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Thursday, 8am-5pm. No additional responsibilities required.

-Diapering, soothing, and maintaining nap schedule
-Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
-Light baby-related housekeeping (washing bottles, baby laundry, tidying nursery/play areas)
-Monitoring baby’s safety and well-being at all times

Ideal Candidate:
- Must have prior experience caring for newborns
-Knowledgeable about infant development and safe sleep practices
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
-Non-smoker
-Up-to-date on vaccinations (including Tdap)
-Comfortable with a parent working from home
-Reliable, patient, and nurturing personality
-Strong references required
