A little bit about us

One year old twins. Fairly typical little rascals: climbers, into everything , eat mom’s home cooking! We also have two dogs, who are excitable, but good dogs. A candidate will need to be a dog person, as these dogs require boundaries, but as said before, sweet and good with the kids. (Feeding them, and letting them in and out will be apart of the care too). We are both nurses and will need help at different hours. Flexibility will be necessary and greatly appreciated. Occasional date night will also be desired. Dad has a set schedule, and Mom will too (Mom is heading back to work after spending the first year with the kiddos). Let’s talk…

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Doyle Family with 1 Child

We need part-time childcare on a continuing basis; mom is a teacher, so childcare would be needed Oct. 2026-mid June 2027, then Sept-June for the following two school years. Our sweet baby is 6 months old and we'd need coverage for her from 9am to 3:30pm three days per week. This may increase to 4 days a week starting in the 2027-28 school year. We want care in-home or in a friend's home; we are currently wanting to do a nanny share with friends who have a similar-aged baby girl. On the occasion of early releases or staff inservice days, we might need care for our preschool-aged daughter, too.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Lochala Family with 1 Child

Hello,

We’re a looking for an experienced, dependable nanny to care for our active 2-year-old son. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and values building a long-term, trusting relationship with the family they support.

Our son is curious, affectionate, and full of energy. He loves books, outdoor adventures, and learning new things. We’re looking for a nanny who will engage him through age-appropriate activities, encourage his development, and provide a nurturing, structured environment where he can thrive.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday with the occasional Friday; approximately 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We’re happy to offer some flexibility with start and end times for the right person.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing attentive care throughout the day.
* Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, crafts, reading, and outdoor play.
* Preparing healthy meals and snacks for him.
* Light household tasks related to our son, including cleaning up after meals, tidying toys and play areas, and occasional children’s laundry.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, reliable, communicative, and proactive, with prior toddler experience and excellent references. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. We value open communication, mutual respect, and creating a positive working relationship where our nanny feels like an important part of our family.

If you’re passionate about early childhood development and are looking for a family that will appreciate and respect your experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Wilson Family with 1 Child

Hi!

We’re looking for a nurturing, calm nanny to care for our curious and good-natured 8-month-old son, Will, while we work from home. He loves being held and walked around the house, enjoys reading before naps, tummy time, and outdoor walks with our super-friendly 9-year-old wirehaired pointer, Oak.

We value a quiet, supportive environment and appreciate teamwork, as we’re often available to help out when needed. We’d prefer someone comfortable working with us on breastfeeding over bottle feeding when possible.

The role would be Monday–Friday for about 30 hours a week. Flexibility is a plus, as nearby grandparents occasionally help out. If this sounds like a fit, we’d love to connect!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Master Family with 1 Child

We are looking for an in-home (Vancouver) part-time (18-22 hrs) nanny starting in a few weeks for our one year old boy. Here are the deets:
📍 In our home, Vancouver, WA, south of the mall
🗓️Sept 16, long term
Communicating outside Nanny Lane can put you at risk of online fraud. For your safety, we require you to message through Nanny Lane.
, [phone number hidde
n] or 1:30, Monday through Thursday at a minimum. Some days I may see if you are available to stay an hour or two longer, or if you want to pop by while we have a date night or on a weekend when I’m working.
💰$20-$23/hr DOE & duties
🐣Felix, 12 months old, has a wonderfully sweet demeanor!
I will be very present to help but most importantly, will need privacy during conference calls for work. We require someone that won’t need to bring their own children and Felix is an attention hog!
Must have early childcare experience and references, must love dogs, must be happily vaccinated, and must be a good vibe match for our household and parenting style—I know that last one is vague, but a little about us. We’re a late 30s couple, raising our little with minimal screen time, lots of outdoor immersion, sensory activities, and when he’s old enough crafts, Montessori-style toys, and experiential learning. We practice gentle parenting and discipline won’t be expected or supported at this age as we foster a secure attachment!
We’re not religious, and are allies to LGBTQ+. Mom works remotely as a Creative Director and also as a Real Estate Agent and Dad works for Trader Joe’s. We lean a little “crunchy” with mostly natural products in the home, and we eat more cooked whole foods than processed foods.
We provide nanny snacks, encourage you to make yourself at home here, and take initiative to do whatever you want with Felix as long as he is on time for his naps. Some light housework would be appreciated while he’s napping so we aren’t paying for inactive hours.
