We need part-time childcare on a continuing basis; mom is a teacher, so childcare would be needed Oct. 2026-mid June 2027, then Sept-June for the following two school years. Our sweet baby is 6 months old and we'd need coverage for her from 9am to 3:30pm three days per week. This may increase to 4 days a week starting in the 2027-28 school year. We want care in-home or in a friend's home; we are currently wanting to do a nanny share with friends who have a similar-aged baby girl. On the occasion of early releases or staff inservice days, we might need care for our preschool-aged daughter, too.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday with the occasional Friday; approximately 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Weāre happy to offer some flexibility with start and end times for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing attentive care throughout the day.
* Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, crafts, reading, and outdoor play.
* Preparing healthy meals and snacks for him.
* Light household tasks related to our son, including cleaning up after meals, tidying toys and play areas, and occasional childrenās laundry.

Even though she is only 7 months, she can crawl, pull to stand, get herself in a sitting position, and is eating food multiple times a day. She also is raised in a home with ASL, so can baby sign some words to help communicate!
We are looking for a nanny share to tend her along with children her age up to 3yrs. We would need care to fit 8-6:30 4 days a week (with the exact days of care changing, as this is per my wifeās schedule who has a rotating day off). Our house cannot host so we would be dropping off! No expectations other than normal infant care for her age.
