Long-Term Nanny Needed for Three Children in Loganville — Monday–Wednesday Hi! I’m a nurse and mom of three seeking a dependable, caring nanny for a long-term position. Care is needed for my three-year-old during the day and all three children after my older children arrive home around 5:30 p.m.I need help Monday–Wednesday. I leave around 6:30 a.m. with the two oldest and usually return around 9:00 p.m., though my schedule may vary because I work as a nurse. Reliability, flexibility, and clear communication are important. We can discuss how to handle schedule changes or additional time.I prefer a fixed daily rate for the scheduled hours. If I return early, I will still pay the agreed amount. Compensation, payment details, and alternative arrangements are negotiable with the right person.Daytime care includes simple meals and snacks, bathroom help, playtime, reading, and rest for my three-year-old. After 5:30 p.m., responsibilities will include caring for all three children, preparing meals, supervising play or downtime, assisting with homework and routines, dinner baths bed. Safety and kindness come first. I’m looking for someone patient, attentive, calm, and comfortable caring for multiple children and handling normal sibling disagreements. Reasonable iPad time is fine as long as the children’s needs are met.I’m not looking for deep cleaning, laundry, or elaborate cooking. I do expect basic cleanup from the day, including dishes, food, spills, toys, and activity supplies, so the house is generally as clean as it was when I left. The children can help with age-appropriate cleanup.The ideal caregiver is warm, respectful, dependable, honest, and communicative. Toddler experience. My husband and I both work in Buckhead so we have to leave around 7:00-7:30 in the morning. Grandmas are available 4 afternoons out of the week starting around 2:00. Two year old attends preschool 3 days per week. We do have a dog and two indoor/outdoor cats so must be pet friendly. Need to be able to prove safe driving record to drop off/pickup from preschool.
