What We're Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience with infants or a strong interest in early childhood development. Familiarity with gentle parenting, Montessori, and child-led discovery is a plus.
Personality: Caring, gentle, and respectful of babies. Flexible and understanding, willing to meet our kids where they are rather than imposing a rigid structure.
Comfort with Dogs: Must be comfortable around dogs, as we have two friendly pups.
Reliability: Someone who is dependable, punctual, and capable of handling the challenges of twin care, including occasional short or overlapping naps and the boys' love for being held.

I drive semi for UPS and my wife is a RN. We both work odd shifts, typically 12 to 14 hours at a time. Our Daughter is 15 and is pretty self sufficient. Our son is 4, VERY energetic and honestly, a little difficult at times. He has a VERY strong personality. He is really what we would need help with. He would need to be picked up from school at 1130am and cared for until one of us returns home. It would be a lot of late nights as we get home after midnight in most cases so, homework, dinner, baths and putting to bed. We do have a pit bull, he is very friendly with people, also very energetic. He is not friendly with other dogs. He would require letting out but our oldest could take care of that mostly. **This would not be a set schedule, more of a on call basis with a couple days to a few hours notice** Please message me if you feel this is something that you would consider and we can figure something out! Hello! My husband and I are searching for a part time nanny for our daughter. Monday through Friday, 2-3 days a week. This is an in home position. We’re located in West Seneca / Orchard Park. She will be 7 months old at that time but we’d like someone to get acquainted with her before that for a couple days a week starting in November. Must be CPR infant certified and have experience with infants. Must have your own vehicle in case of an emergency. Must be a Non smoker. You will be responsible for keeping our daughter on her schedule as much as possible with napping, feeding, prompt diaper changing, etc. We have two large loving dogs so you would have to be comfortable with them and occasionally let them outside in our fenced in backyard.
