We would like the nanny to be self-sufficient, but if a major issue arises, to come to us for help if absolutely necessary, as we both work from home. Our babies spent 8 days in the NICU for respiratory distress, so we are very cautious about exposure to illnesses and are taking all precautions to avoid any potential illness or RSV.
