Mom does real estate from home but has to leave occasionally for showings, open houses, inspections, etc. Need help watching Sadie (3 yo) Mon.-Fri. during the day while mom is working. Dad works until 5 or 6 M-F.

Might need help with the occasional school drop-off and pick-ups but that's not a deal breaker. Need help keeping the house in order, meals, watching Sadie during the day, and the two older kids after school, helping kids get ready for sporting events, and making sure homework gets done. Hours are semi-flexible as mom is around but needs more time to focus on her career. Looking for a caring, energetic, responsible person
