A little bit about us

I work from 7pm to 7am (on a 2-3-2 schedule, meaning I work 36 hours 1 week and 48 hours the next week) and my wife has to be at work at 6am, leaving a 2 hr gap.. we're looking for someone who can arrive by 5am and sit with the kids until I get home at 7:30am the first week, and because my wife has to start nights at Delta next week at 11pm, arrive by 10pm 2-3 nights a week. Michael-Eli is 7, Malachi-El is 6, and Ja'Koby is 6 months.. basically just watch them while they're sleeping..
