Seeking A Caregiver For A Young Adult With Cognitive Disabilities.
We are looking for a caregiver for our 23-year-old son who has moderate intellectual impairment. He is proficient at many daily living skills and is currently working on learning more skills. He is highly motivated to learn to be as self-sufficient as he can be, as he perseveres to succeed, despite challenges and obstacles. Reid participated in Boy Scouts and received his Eagle Scout Award in 2019. He was also active at the Theater for many years and received the Award and a scholarship in 2021. Reid needs an enthusiastic and encouraging companion to help guide him as he learns new tasks, to take him out into the community and to take him to and from his job. Reid loves to be around people and has been described by many as kind,
