We’re looking for a part-time nanny, flexible schedule negotiate! We need someone to engage with our youngest while the older two are at school. All our kids enjoy most doing real things, like learning to bake, versus playing with toys (although they love toys also!). We will also occasionally have light housekeeping (laundry etc), meal prep, etc but the kids love being involved in these also. There may also be an occasional school drop off/pick up or grocery pickup also.
Our 11yo daughter loves horses and reading. Our 6yo son loves being outside. And our 4yo son loves doing what older brother and sister are doing.
