A little bit about us

Hello I have 2 Twin boys and a 6 year old girl , it’s just a lot to deal with 2 twin boys on my own and I can use a nanny to come help me. I want to try one day a week to see if it works for now for about 5 hours . Responsibilities will be to help clean the house and car for my kids . My son enzo has to take medicine for his chronic condition and needs more assistance in feeding than the other.
