Hiring 2 Positions – Autism Skills Mentors

We are a Christian family looking to hire dependable, long-term team members who are passionate about helping our 12 year old son with autism learn, grow, and become more independent.

1. Autism Skills Mentor – Morning Routine (12-year-old)
$21/hr
My son is verbal, bright, funny, loving, and kind. Help him build communication, social skills, organization, daily living skills, and independence through his morning routine. This is much more than childcare—it's teaching real-life skills that last a lifetime. Reliable vehicle required for school drop-off (Monday-Thursday.) We live in N. Scottsdale/Phoenix and are seeking someone in North Phoenix, Deer Valley, Happy Valley, Glendale, Peoria, or along the Loop 101/I-17 corridor. Mon.-Wed. 6:15-9:00 a.m. ; Thurs. 6:15-8:30 a.m. ; flexible Fri. morning hours. $21/hr + transportation stipend.

2. Autism Skills Mentor – Afternoons & Community (12-year-old)
$21/hr
Help build communication, life skills, social skills, and independence through community outings, recreation, real-world learning and home routines. He loves biking, swimming, parks, trampoline parks, and staying active. This is much more than childcare—it's teaching real-life skills that last a lifetime. Hours: Sun. [phone number hidden] p.m. and Mon.-Wed. 4:15-8:00 p.m. $21/hr.

We're looking for someone reliable, patient, organized, energetic, and committed for at least a year.
Excellent hands-on experience for education, special education, SLP, OT, PT, ABA, psychology, counseling, and professionals. I've mentored many students entering these professions and have valuable connections within these fields.
