My husband and I are looking for another family for a 3-4 day/week nanny share (T-F or T-Th). Our daughter, Rosie, is 5 months old and we want to get started asap! 3. We want a long term arrangement if possible! Our dream would be to never have to do daycare, but instead be able to partner with other parents straight through to preschool.
4. Vaccines are nonnegotiable for any partner family and nanny, and we'd strongly prefer someone who is progressive/lefty when it comes to gender and race issues in particular.
