We have a 10 month old, almost 11 month old! we both work from home but need help with baby so we can actually get work done. We have a dog, a weimaraner so nanny must love dogs! we are looking to start with 1 day a week, maybe mondays for 5-6 hours. We'll be home, but when baby naps - usually 1 or 2 naps a day... mostly 1 nap for 1.5-2 hours, we'd love some help around the house too. picking up, folding clothes, or just starting the washer machine - anything helps! We'd love for nanny to play with baby, take her on walks, entretain her, feed, and be able to put her down for a nap.

Good afternoon, morning or evening, based on when you are reading this! My name is Paul and my wife is McKenzie. We currently have a 16 month old named Kyra who is the light of our life. She is smart, spunky, and a little sassy. Right now my wife works Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and we have the grandma's as well as my help throughout the week, but we are looking for some more consistent help with the little one as we are now have another one on the way.
The most important thing is Ms. Kyra, from eating, to playing. She also has her friend (our Dog Aspen, or dog dog in Kyras eyes where it would be great to have some help with, but not necessary.
Help around the house is always a bonus, but not necessary! We are very very involved parents and will never not be that way, but also realize we may need a little help from time to time.
Ideally looking for some help on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and potentially Mondays as well. We have another family that would be interesting in helping fill full time capabilities if need be.

We would need care M-F 7 am-4 p.m. We live in Castle Rock and would ideally find someone in the castle rock area, but I commute to work in Englewood, so something along the way might work too.
We would like to find someone who is a non smoker, is infant CPR certified, adheres to AAP safe sleep guidelines, is up to date on vaccines (COVID, tdap, flu) has experience with infants, and who has references. Would love someone who is very attentive to his needs, and will work with him towards meeting his milestones. It is important for us that we get updates throughout the day on how he is doing whether it be a text or a couple pictures.
Start date would be ASAP, and pay $15-20/hour depending on experience. Thank you!
