My baby Bruce is 3 months old and is a big happy baby! Looking for help M-F during work hours. Would love to split the cost of a nanny with another family who has one child. It would be great if we could split up where the nanny would be-- Mon - Wed at my house and Thurs-Fri at yours.

They are typical 3.5 year olds. We are flexible with time but do need consistency. They listen well but have not been in formal daycare/preschool. We are trying to get them into a preschool currently and would want to adjust hours if possible when that happens (like afternoon instead of morning). I would be ok with you coming to our house or planning something else.

We have an older great dane and cat. they are pretty sedentary.
