Part-Time Nanny Job: The Parker Family with 4 Children
Morning Childcare & Homestead Helper Needed – Mon–Fri 8–11am
We are a family of six in Colorado Springs looking for a reliable, energetic person to help with childcare and light household tasks on weekday mornings.
HOURS

Additional hours available on Airbnb turnover days (2–3 hrs extra)
THE CHILDREN
We have four children: a 6-month-old, a 2-year-old, a 6-year-old, and an 8-year-old.
You will be primarily responsible for the infant and toddler, while providing supervision and support to the older two as they work through their morning responsibilities. My husband works from home and is on the property if backup is ever needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infant care (babywearing, bottle feeding, baby-led weaning foods — always supervised)
- Toddler care and engagement
- Supervising older children through morning routines
- Light kitchen help (dishes, tidying after breakfast)
- Occasional grocery pickup from Sam's Club or Walmart on your way in
- Airbnb turnover help on select days (compensated separately)
- Possible light homestead projects such as organizing the garage or office, or helping with outdoor builds
- Occasional outings to our cabin property approximately 50 minutes from Colorado Springs
OUR HOME
We have a relaxed but structured morning routine. The kids care for backyard chickens and rabbits, tidy their rooms, and work toward goals. We prefer outdoor play, reading, coloring, and bike rides over screen time, though TV in moderation is fine. It's an active, nature-oriented household.
COMPENSATION

Small household purchases under $20 are reimbursed.

Babysitter Job: The Montoya Family with 1 Child
I’m looking for reliable, consistent care for my 6 month baby girl- I have had to change my “care needs” to reflect my head coaching job;
Summer season is starting this week and Days in need are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
With care from 11-230 on Monday and Wednesday and 12-330 Friday.
For the months of June and July.
With need for occasional date night sitter (this care would then include my 2y.o son)
My husband gets off of work at around 2 o’clock. It takes him about 25 minutes to get home so you would be responsible for their care until he gets home.
I was also looking for somebody who could occasionally care for the kids so me and my husband could find hobbies that we could do together regularly
We have a total of three children and 11y.o
Our son who is 2y.o ( but attends another school) and then our youngest, who whom I am seeking care for are currently.
I’m really looking for somebody who can come into our home and feels like a family member who is incredibly trustworthy and kind.

We have a 5minth old son named roman very easy going baby. I work in a salon from 10-6 tuesday-saturday his father is a tattoo artist and works 11-7 tuesday-saturday. We live separately but would love for him to have just one care taker instead of us switching between people on our days. I could do drop off and pick ups on my days if watching in your home, he would need some one to pick up and drop off his days or stay with him in his home his days. Hello! We have two boys who are currently 3 years old and 13 months old. Looking for care Tuesday or Thursday from 8 am until 5 pm. It would be a full day on either Tuesday or Thursday and potentially an afternoon for 4 or so hours another day of the week. We would also like to have help so we can take an occasional date night. We would ask that you prepare a basic lunch for both boys while here. No housework required besides picking up after lunch and helping to tidy the toys the boys play with.
