Full-Time Nanny Job: The Barbao Family with 1 Child
We currently are in a nanny share with another family but our nanny is moving! We are two families in Charlottesville, each with 9-month-old children (Maya, and twins Skyler & Aven). Since the children were 3 months old, we’ve successfully shared a nanny, fostering a nurturing environment where the kids have been thriving together on similar schedules.
Position Details:
• Start Date: May/June 2025, (The children will all be one years old in May.)
Schedule:
• Maya: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Twin Boys: Part-time, three days a week.
Location:
• Three days a week: All three children at the twin's home.
• Two days a week: Maya at her home.
• Both homes are in Charlottesville, approximately 12 minutes apart.
Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and loving care to three infants, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote developmental milestones.
• Manage feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times.
• Maintain open communication with both families regarding daily activities and any concerns.
We look forward to welcoming a dedicated nanny into our families to continue the loving care and development of our children.

Hello! We have a baby on the way and are looking for a nanny that can stick with us for the next few years. We’re an easy going, early 30’s couple. We’re fairly new to the Charlottesville area but grew up in Roanoke, Virginia. Baby is due in September. We are looking for someone to start sometime in the middle of December depending on our leave. It would be fantastic if the Nanny was willing to do 1-2 extra hours a week in the early morning so my husband and I can attend our favorite workout class together once a week at 6:30 am. Otherwise, hours would be 9-5 Monday-Friday.
