Provide constant, one-on-one supervision to ensure safety.
Prevent elopement and monitor exits, doors, and outdoor areas.
Assist with toileting, hygiene, dressing, and other ADLs as needed.
Provide feeding supervision and assistance as needed.
Maintain a safe, structured environment.
Supervise the child closely during activities and outings.
Communicate safety concerns, behavioral changes, and care needs to the parent.
