We have a golden retriever named Teddy and two sweet cats.
We're hoping to find a nanny that aligns with our values - no screens, good quality, homemade food (some cooking and prep), time outdoors, and some Montessori approaches.
We'd like someone who can work a consistent part-time schedule of Monday - Wednesday from 9AM - 5PM and possibly some Thursdays and Fridays too.

We are seeking a sitter/nanny for 2 children in Sterling. Mom works from home & works noon - 9 PM M-F & Dad has a very nontraditional working schedule that rotates between nights & days with odd days &hours. We can provide a calendar 2-3 months in advance. There will be light work weeks with as few as 10 hours needed & heavy work weeks where we will need 40 hours. We want someone long-term who is comfortable with us reporting taxes on their income. Background check, references & driving check. Two easy girls, 4.5 and 1.5. Mom will work from home most of the time allowing her to be around to help the sitter & children & occasionally will work outside of the home. We do not want someone who will sit the children in front of a TV or give them a phone to play with. Educational heavy activities to include reading, arts & crafts, puzzles, games, imagination play, hide & seek, going to park/on walks, etc. Someone who can help with light house work also

I am happy to host and am also open to splitting hosting so long as the other family is within a 10 minute drive! My husband and I both work from home, so we are also open to a nanny who wants to work from 9-1 and 4-630 and have the middle of the day off to run errands/while baby is napping! If we are hosting we would like someone who is open to doing baby laundry/baby related housekeeping. If you want to make a family dinner a night or two- we won't complain! They are bright lovable boys that stack blocks, enjoy stroller rides outside, and take naps and 4 bottles (plus 3 solid food feedings)/day. I'm looking for help 8-5 Mon-Weds and on Thurs and Fri some flexibility depending on price. I work 2 part-time jobs and my hubby works full-time as well. We would LOVE a nany-share as we can not afford (even with 3 jobs!) a full-time nanny right now, for twins. These guys are easy-going most of the time and a joy to play with. Here we have a huge play area and a gated section that they can even play mostly unsupervised. They are just learning to walk so that will factor in as well!
