Part-Time Nanny Job: The Williams Family with 1 Child

I have a 15mo sweet and curious baby girl who loves animals, books, and playing in the water table.

I am looking for support watching her either half days Monday-Thursday or full days 2-3 days a week so that I can work on my job search and do other life admin.

The responsibilities are pretty simple and straightforward: feed the baby prepared meals for breakfast/lunch/snacks, take her to the park, on walks, or zoo (only a 5 minute walk from the house) to stretch the legs, put her down for nap, light clean-up from meals/playing etc.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Weeks Family with 1 Child

Hello, I have one daughter who is 5.5 months old currently. She is a pretty easy-tempered baby so far and very curious; she loves tummy time, playing on her mats, and watching everything we do. We are interested in a full-time M-F 9am-5pm nanny share in NW DC that would provide a safe, nurturing environment with age-appropriate stimulation, and no screen time. We could potentially host depending on share partner or nanny requirements/expectations. We have two cats that have free reign of our house in case that would be an issue. If we don't host we could pick up/drop off at nanny or share partner's home, preferably metro or bus accessible in NW DC. Covid and Flu vaccines for nanny required for us to work together. No smoking. Must be willing to report daily information about feeds, naps, etc, using the app of our choice, and follow our daughter's routine (like sleep schedule and sleep training guidance). Must have good communication skills and at least conversational English. Prefer childcare education or certification. Prefer no more than 1 other child in the nanny share so the ratio would be 2 children:1 nanny. Also we're an LGBTQ family, two moms, in case that is a concern for anyone. Please share references if interested. I listed the rate for a nanny share so expecting that share partner would contribute as well. Thank you!
