My expectations are engaging activities with unstructured independent play. Responsibilities included are: reading books, singing and dancing to music, imaginative pretend play, and sensory bins.
As far as my 3 month old. I am exclusively breastfeeding. I work from home and will have a supply of breastmilk for you to bottle feed my infant until I’m off work (7am-3:30pm).
I would like you to focus on basic care, routine milestones, and age-appropriate sensory engagement. This includes managing feeds, diaper changes, and naps, as well as actively promoting physical and emotional development through tummy time and reading.

Starting a new job that will have sporadic need week by week for watching our 3 year old son. 2-3 days a week I will need to go into work for 4-6 hours each time. Sometimes morning sometimes midday and sometimes afternoon. Unfortunately there will not be a rigid schedule for when I need to go in(at least for the time being).
Looking for someone to hang out and watch our son. Only cooking that needs to be done will be heating up/ prepping lunch when watching him through lunch. He naps starting at 1pm. My wife is always at home by 3pm so usually she is home before nap is over. Earliest start time would be 7am(so only needed 7am-2pm but again won’t be regular/through that full slot).
Help with minor cleaning(picking up toys/tidying kitchen when used) would be welcomed but not expected.
Our son loves to be outdoors, we have 2 dogs(outside/never need to be taken care of by the nanny) and 2 indoor cats(again no feeding or care needed for them)

Job would involve caring for a one year old in home. We would need assistance a couple nights a week in the evening and times over the weekend.

Her name is Anuli and she is 3 months old. We would need support Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. You will only be expected to take care of my daughter while I'm at work. She likes walks, being read to and above all else she loves to eat! She's pretty easy going and has little demands.
