We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

He enjoys being walked around and rocked to get ready for naps. Mom and Dad's schedules have about 22-25 hrs of overlap per week where neither of us would be home, so we're looking for someone to be home with baby during that time!
