We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

We are looking for a full time nanny for our son who will be here in November. I am planning to go back to work in January and will need someone to be here with the baby from 8:45-5:45 every day. We also have a 2-year-old son, Sam, that will be in school until 3:30 and then will either be dropped off or need to be picked up to watch him as well.
