My husband works part-time and attends school full-time, so we are looking for help while he is at work or in class. We also have two friendly dogs in the home. We seeking a long-term nanny. We are seeking someone who can create a very fun environment for our girl. She's incredibly smart and we want to make sure she's appropriately challenged, but most importantly laughing as much as possible.

Our daughter is on a good nap schedule and has open toddler-proofed spaces upstairs and downstairs with lots of toys and activities to keep engaged all day.We do allow a bit of screen time as long as you're interactive with her. Mornings will be full with her, but afternoons are more restful. We work from home, so we eat lunch (your lunch break) with her daily at noon and then she naps at 1:00 for 1-2 hours. We ask for small tasks to be completed, but our nanny usually has at least 90 free minutes per day. We have a private guest room and bathroom for nanny use with a TV and comfy recliner.
