Looking for part time nanny/sitter 12-20 hours a week. We have two little ones aged almost 4 (little girl) and a 5 year old little boy. We had a wonderful nanny/sitter for the past three years who moved into a career path better suited for her future (which while sad for us, we are so happy for her!)
Usually we like 2-3 weekdays and one weekend night but not more than 3-4 days a week. Days can be flexible based on what works for both parties.

Okay so it made me choose an hourly rate but what I am specifically looking for is a weekly arrangement, someone who can come at weird times on an unstable schedule. Let me break it down. I’m a dancer and I work for a companion service. I’m probably going to need care for her from around 10pm to 5/6 am 5 days a week. At my apartment. So I’m going to need a weekly arrangement.
