First time parents searching for nanny for 3 month old son in Charlottesville. Both parents work remotely and will be home during the day. Ideal candidate will have background in early childhood development, previous nanny experience (3-5 years at min), have own means of transportation, and be CPR/First Aid certified. We are looking for someone to foster a loving, nurturing and structured environment that will allow our son to learn, grow, explore and thrive.
Schedule TBD (Mom back to work soon and this will drive schedule), but most likely M-F 12/1PM-5/6PM.

We are both residents at UVA that's why our days start early. We are looking to pay $12/hr. We hope taking care of our baby will be a pretty easy and fun job. We would like our nanny to have skills working with an infant including bottle feeding, burping, changing diapers, and putting the baby down for naps.
