Ideally I’d like a nanny who has an infant CPR certification. A criminal background check is 100% necessary. As I’m going to have this person around my young child and in my home without supervision. I’d also like someone who has a Covid-19 vaccine but that’s not a deal breaker. Any education with children, classes, or very long term experience with children is just an added bonus in my eyes.

We're looking for an experienced nanny to help with our 3-month-old baby as we head back to work. We work from home, but would be looking for the nanny to be the primary caregiver during work hours! We're looking for someone experienced, energetic and positive that can help us keep the little one on some structure that we have. Someone who can help with light housekeeping associated with the baby, meal prep, taking him for a walk, and spending time keeping him engaged! We also have a dog who mostly sleeps all day! We're looking for 2 or 3 days a week, which will mostly have structure (Mon-Wed) but can vary slightly week to week.
