A little bit about us

My baby is 3 months old. We would need a nanny Monday-Wednesday from 7-3:30 or 4. I am an electrical engineer and my schedule is flexible so if needed I can come home early and work from home some. We would like an in home nanny with plenty of experience.. My husband works from his moms house to help her out but he can also work from home any day that is needed. He is a data analyst. We need someone who can stick to a schedule. We are first time parents and want to get on a schedule to make things as easy as possible. Obviously it won’t be perfect but we’d like for someone who will respect the schedule to the best of their ability. This is temporary until January when we feel more comfortable with him being in a daycare center.
