We have two adorable kids, Theo (3.5 years) and June (2.5 months). My son is in school three days a week, so most days will just be caring for June. We currently have some help from our parents for child care, so we’d need someone for 2-3 days a week, and potentially more some weeks if you’re available! Most likely the days needed would be Monday Tuesday and Fridays from 7:30am-4:30pm.

Structure and routine is big for Leo ( as he suffers from ADHD) and keeping him super active.
Start date is flexible
Hours could be tailored to prospective nanny’s needs as I am an RN and make my own schedule 6 weeks in advance. Currently need someone once or twice a week 3pm-8pm. During the school week ( if no school 830am-8pm)
Weekend hours 830am-5/6pm Sunday
If NO SCHOOL hours 830am-8pm
And for the occasional date night.
Plenty of opportunity for increase in hours and flexibility ( I make my own work schedule so if a interested sitter had different available days I can switch my schedule so we could have a set sitter for two days a week that works for the interested party)
We would also want the hired sitter to come for a few weeks while we’re home paid of course so we could all get comfortable and develop a rapport.
