My baby is 2 months baby has acid reflux it has to be fed a certain way has to be held up straight for at 30 minutes after each feeding every 3 hours she should be fed her diaper should be changed before she is fed she should be lied down with her head and back elevated so she won't choke. 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is when I need the nanny to babysit. I do prefer an older lady between her 50s and up Hispanic or white or Asian
