I work from home but stay busy with heads down focused work in between meetings. Scarlett and Arlo are great but they need more attention on some busy days when mom is also tied up with other priorities. We are essentially looking for a nanny to ease the parenting headache and fill some gaps when we are not able to give the kids our all.
