Full-Time Nanny Needed for Sweet Toddler in Mountain View
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced full-time nanny to care for our daughter, who is a little over one year old.
Location: Mountain View, CA
Start date: As soon as possible
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We are hoping to find someone who has experience caring for toddlers and understands early childhood development. The ideal nanny will be patient, nurturing, proactive, and comfortable planning fun, screen-free activities such as reading, outdoor walks, park visits, music, sensory play, and other age-appropriate learning activities.
The role will also involve preparing simple meals and snacks for our daughter, keeping her play and eating areas tidy, and helping maintain a consistent daily routine.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong infant and toddler experience
- Is CPR and First Aid certified
- Has excellent, verifiable references
- Is dependable, calm, and communicative
- Must be able to reliably commute to Mountain View, CA, Monday through Friday
- Must have dependable transportation and be punctual
- Candidates living in Mountain View or nearby areas are preferred
- Speaking Korean would be a bonus, but it is not required.

We would like someone who would be able to engage their brains, read and play and do school work with them. My wife works in the hospital so we would map to her schedule. It is typically ~2-3 days a week, in the after on from school pickup to 7 or 8pm (bedtime). And optionally some hours on the weekends. Total would be about ~20-25 hours a week/80-120 a mknth, or more or less depending on what you are looking for as well (let us know!).
