Babysitter Job: The Isbell Family with 1 Child
We have one 5 year old girl that will only require occasional care. She is in kindergarten and will require to be picked up some days at 3:30 and driven to our home (5 minute drive). The absolute latest that mom or dad would get home would be 6:30pm. Other days required would be sick days when she can’t go to school.
I am a restaurant manager and my days/times changes from week to week, but I typically have my schedule 2-3 weeks in advance, so days that care will be needed will be known well in advance.

Babysitter Job: The Serrano Family with 2 Children
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Matthews Family with 2 Children
My daughter’s name is Lucy and my son's name is Leo. Leo is enrolled at a private school in BA M-F with a pretty flexible schedule for his pick-up and drop-off. Lucy is diagnosed ASD and enrolled in a school specializeing in special needs M-Th from 8:30am-1:00pm when the semester begins in August, right now she is not enrolled in anything. Lucy is also being enrolled in several therapy programs as availability permits, though no openings have presented themselves yet.
I am looking for an experienced in-home paraprofessional / special needs caregiver who can provide reliable support during the times when Lucy is not in therapy or other scheduled programs and I am unavailable due to work. I have equal split custody of my children every Wednesday and Thursday, and alternating Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The role includes:
- Pick-up and drop-off as needed based on Lucy's therapy/school schedule, I am generally available to drop-off Lucy at her school, and to drop-off and pick-up Leo.
- Personal care assistance (meal preparation, bathroom support, dressing, hygiene) for Lucy
- Structured play, emotional regulation support, and enrichment for Lucy
- Helping maintain consistency and familiarity in Lucy's daily routine.
Compensation will be handled through a combination of insurance reimbursement for eligible services and competitive private pay.
The ideal person has strong experience with autistic children, patience, creativity, and the ability to blend caregiving with gentle, structured teaching where the opportunity presents itself.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Marie Family with 3 Children
Considering switching from daycare to nanny when old boys return to school.
Full-Time Nanny Job: The Seabeck Family with 5 Children
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Dutcher Family with 2 Children
I am a business owner in the medical sales field. My job requires early mornings most weeks. My wife works in the oil industry on a standard schedule. We are expecting our third child in March! We are super excited, but have come to the realization that we may need some help. Our daughter, Evelyn (6) has many extracurricular activities every week and our son, Joe Blake (4) will start many activities soon. We are thinking most of the help we need will be in the mornings and afternoons consisting of dropping of at school/daycare and maybe pickups. This is obviously just a start, and would like to get more specific needs when our new addition comes in March!
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ryel Family with 2 Children
We need a part time nanny for 10-20 hours a week.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, as for now, there are not currently pre-set times/days. We are looking for someone who can work “as needed” (we’d provide 18-24 hours notice) but we are also flexible & are willing to discuss having some scheduled days/times if that works best for you.
Currently, this position will be:
•2-4 days per week
•3-5 hours at a time
•Primarily this job is on weekdays •Primarily this job is during daytime
hours M-F
•Occasional evenings, nights, &
weekends
Primarily the job will be looking after our 2 year old girl in our home. Duties will include playing with her, getting her meals and snacks (we’ll have everything you need, you won’t be asked to cook), putting her down &/or waking her up from a nap, potty training (we are almost fully potty trained now), playing outside, going on walks, dressing & bathing her, etc.
In addition, sometimes the job will include our 9 year old son too. Duties will include playing with he & our 2 year old, occasionally picking him up/dropping him off at school (the school is only 1/4 mile from our home), snacks, feeding, playing, help with homework, etc. but he is also very self sufficient.
The vast majority of the time my husband will be home while you are here babysitting. He is disabled & you most likely won’t even notice he’s here. He will stay back in our bedroom working, resting, or doing physical therapy/workin with his home health aid. Again, you most likely won’t even notice he is here. He won’t require any assistance and he is not part of the job, we are simply noting that he is disabled and will almost always be home when the nanny is here, just so that you are aware.
Must be at least 16 years old with a
valid drivers license,
•Must be able to provide great
babysitting/nanny references,
•Must be able to pass a background
check, & have a clean driving record.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
