Full-Time Nanny Job: The Kindig Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a nurturing, safe nanny with house manager experience. We offer very competitive pay of $35/hour to start and $40/hour after 6 months, PTO, holidays. References required, plus background check with safe diving record and employment verification.
1. How many years have you worked as a full-time nanny?
2. How many total years have you worked in a full-time childcare role (including nannying, daycare, preschool, etc.)?
3. Have you ever been a House Manager, and are you comfortable with household tasks such as household laundry, dishes, tidying, organization, and errands? Have you ever done meal prep for a family?
4. Are you willing and available to work a split shift approximately 6:45–8:45am and[phone number hidden]pm, Monday–Thursday? Note that Wednesday can be a regular shift of 9-5pm
5. Do you have reliable transportation to consistently arrive on time for the morning shift?
Here’s a sample daily schedule so you can see what the rhythm of the day looks like:
Sample Schedule:
• 6:45–8:45am: Morning routine, breakfast, school prep, drop-off
• Break
• 12:00pm-2:30 pm: Household laundry, household dishes, tidy the house, errands, groceries, meal prep
• 2:30 pm-4:00 pm: Pick up kids
• 4:00-5:00 pm: Dinner with activities (coloring, backyard play after dinner)
• 5:00-6:00 pm: Light tidying, prep for next day, child bedtime routines (dress in pajamas, bath)
Please note, this is a 32-hour schedule. We have additional hours available for date nights and over nights.
There is about 2-3 hours of driving per day for school pickup and drop off. We supply the car.

My name is Allegra and I am a web developer, graphic designer, and digital marketer for an environmental company in Denver. My daughter is Monarch, she is a very joyful and pleasant 4 year old girl.
I need help picking her up from school in Boulder on Thursdays at 3:30 and bringing her to our apartment in Lafayette to play until I get home around 6 or 630. I am a single mama and making ends meet so I can only start with one day a week, but this could turn in to 2 in the near future.
Monarch would love to have other kids if you need/want to bring them too since I know it is only a few hours long. She is super social! We have 4 different parks within a 5 minute walking distance of our apartment and an apartment pool so keeping her and any other kids happy will be very low maintenance. We have plenty of books and toys to share as well in our home. The Lafayette library is on the way from Boulder to our house and is a great place to be during colder months.
I am also looking for a nanny who could do some date nights/days periodically as well.
The most important thing for me is that Monarch feels safe and I can trust that she, especially in your vehicle possibly during the winter months. The next important thing for me is the ability to be communicative and flexible. I have a lot of freedom within my job, so as long as I know 24 hours in advance that you can't come one week, that is totally fine for me. I am calling in a nanny who truly loves Monarch and enjoy's spending time with her.

We are looking for a covid vaccinated nanny to take care of our 7-month-old daughter in our home in Lafayette for about 30 hours a week with an hourly rate around $15. We live in the Silver Creek area of Lafayette within walking distance of the library and multiple playgrounds and parks. Our daughter is crawling, highly energetic, and has a wonderful play drive. She's struggling with separation anxiety right now so looking for someone who is gentle, patient, has experience helping a child build their confidence and can keep their composure while a baby cries. My husband and I both work from home so we will be here during the day; our daughter has started solid purees and breastfeeds, So when my schedule permits, I will nurse her.
