Babysitter Job: The Spotser Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a babysitter or nanny for our loving, happy seven (almost 8) year old daughter. For a nanny, we would be interested in doing afternoons from school pick up to 6 pm three days a week For a babysitting role, it would be great to find someone who would be available in the evenings when we have to attend work events. Main expectation would be to entertain our daughter, prepare her afterschool snack, and make sure that she completes her Kumon and school work.

Ideally I am looking for a live-in nanny to help me with a daily life balance routine revolving around childcare and our work schedules. My husbands work hours are constantly rotating, and my schedule is semi-inconsistent as well. Because of this, sometimes I need the help getting them to school in the mornings, but sometimes I need the help getting them from school in the afternoons. I do need someone who is EXTREMELY patient who has a firm yet sensitive discipline style. My son does have ADHD and ODD so he will thrive with someone who will keep his mind busy and encourage physical activity.
Now that that is out of the way, my Sons name is Dylan (7) and my Daughter is Ellie (5.) They are polar opposites of each other! We would be willing to consider a free/steep discounted rent if interested in a live-in options, depending on other compensation rates. If live-in is not an option, I would need a pretty open range of availability: as mentioned, sometimes early 8am school rounds, or 3pm school rounds until one of us gets off work.
