The setup we have in mind:

- Babies close in age, so naps and feeding schedules line up

Both of us work in software and work from home, and we each have a dedicated workspace, so the nanny runs the day with parents nearby but not in the way.
Operationally, each family would be an employer, and we'd use a payroll service. Everything will be documented before day one: guaranteed hours, paid time off after an initial period, sick-day rules, and exit clauses for either family. We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

I had a baby in October. I will be headed back to work in February at ubs as a concierge/travel planning. Are used to work in the office at normal business hours but Because of Covid I was working at home before maternity leave. I am not sure what my situation will be come February. I am guessing I will still be at home for a while. I need a nanny that is OK with two dogs and follows the napping schedule for the baby. Are use the schedule from moms on call.
