First time parents searching for nanny for 3 month old son in Charlottesville. Both parents work remotely and will be home during the day. Ideal candidate will have background in early childhood development, previous nanny experience (3-5 years at min), have own means of transportation, and be CPR/First Aid certified. We are looking for someone to foster a loving, nurturing and structured environment that will allow our son to learn, grow, explore and thrive.
Schedule TBD (Mom back to work soon and this will drive schedule), but most likely M-F 12/1PM-5/6PM.
While not mandatory, willingness to assist with light housework is a welcomed bonus.

Basic requirements would be playing for and caring for Liam, assisting with light meals and clean up, putting Liam down for a nap, and light housekeeping. Our current nanny helps with dinner and dog walks while Liam sleeps which is super helpful but not a requirement. This would be a bonus.
