Seeking a full-time, long-term nanny for our 4-month-old son out of our home in Hingham, MA for January start date. Schedule is around 36 hours (4 days/week). M-F 8-5 with a revolving day off.
Our ideal candidate:
-Extensive nanny experience (specifically with infants) with references
-Someone who is reliable, organized, outgoing and engaging
-A fun, warm personality who can be creative with activities and enjoys being outside in the warmer months
-Non-smoker who owns their own car with a clean driving record
-Open to light chores & baby meal prep (as time allows: tidying up toys and meals, bottles/dishes and laundry)
-Comfortable with a parent occasionally at home/working from home
-6 month minimum with option to extend
Important to note:
-Candidate must be comfortable / flexible with the 1 rotating day off per week. The specific day off each week will be known 1 month in advance.
-We are looking for a candidate to be watching our child only (not open to nanny-share or care out of another home)

I am due with our first baby boy in early January so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with a newborn and who is looking to be with our family long-term. My husband and I both work full-time so we are looking for a dependable and kind individual who is a self-starter and who can help us raise our baby boy!
