A little bit about us

In Home Sitter!
In our home, days themselves would vary. hours range from 10 or as many as 30 (rare).
Start at 4 AM- 7 a.m. or some days until 2 p.m. Schedule would be 4 days on 4 days off, with occasional 5th day & 3 day work week later in the weeks to follow.

Schedule will be given 1-2 month, so plenty of Schedule notice for you.
Work baring, we won't do too much changing up.
Morning part of the shift will be fairly "easy" kids (4 & 1) will be sleeping, unless rare morning wakes.
Afternoon shift will (school dependent) will be 1-year-old (playtime, lunch time, etc)
Some light driving older kid to camps.

17 year old can pretty much run the house. 13 year old is self sufficient. Our main concern is our 3 y/o who was born with multiple heart defects. he can get around like most kids his age, he has been through 3 heart surgeries and now has a pace maker and requires timed medications. he is cleared to live a normal life so dad can finally go back out into the workforce. we don't know what dad's schedule will be yet. so we would like a nanny that is flexible as to we are still trying to sort out the big change of having both parents working. the first week dad will be working 745-430. Our 13 y/o is home schooled and is pretty self sufficient there will be rules for him but he only requires reminders about his time and breaks. A parent should be off work before our 17 y/o get out of track practice. An adult should be home before 5 no later than 6 but it all depends on dad's new work schedule.
