A little bit about us

We have a 2 year old boy, Oliver, and a 10 days old baby girl Liv. We'd need some help with Oliver in the weeks/months to come. We're open to full time engagement as well as nanny sharing. We have a small dog, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

Responsibilities:
1. Creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
2. Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, and outdoor play.
3. Assisting with children's hygiene routines
4. Assisting with educational activities
5. Performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying up children's rooms and doing children's laundry.
6. Communicating regularly with parents about children's activities, progress, and any concerns.

Expectations:
1. Reliability and punctuality in arriving for scheduled work hours.
2. Flexibility to accommodate occasional changes in schedule
3. Clear and open communication with parents regarding scheduling, expectations, and any issues that arise.
4. Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
5. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
6. Commitment to building a trusting and supportive relationship with both children and parents.

We are flexible with days and hours and would estimate a 20 hour week or half time. We may be willing to move to full time in the next 60 days depending on need/interest.
