Full-Time Nanny Job: The Goel Family with 2 Children
We're a warm, close-knit physician family moving to Pittsburgh this July with two amazing kids -- a bright, energetic 6-year-old girl and a joyful 14-month-old boy who loves to explore everything around him.
We believe in a respectful, child-led home. Our kids' happiness, safety, and development come first -- always. We're looking for someone who doesn't just care for children, but genuinely loves being with them -- someone whose face lights up when they walk through our door.
We are a family that will truly value and respect you every single day.
If you're someone who finds joy in the little moments -- a toddler's first word, a 6-year-old's excitement about school -- we want to hear from you. Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Duties include: light housekeeping and meal preparation, laundry pertaining to children. Pick up and drop off to school for six year old, driving to enrichment activities for one year old. Full time job with a physician family, one to two days per week start at 6 am. 30-50 hours per week, schedule varies due to physician household. IRS reimbursement for mileage driven. PA clearances, TB test, vaccinations including flu vaccine every season, background check required.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Ploska Family with 1 Child
Need to some to watch my baby at night so I can sleep
Part-Time Nanny Job: The F Family with 1 Child
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Lenkner Family with 2 Children
The main thing is, my wife and I would love to have a regular schedule roughly once a week, to be able to have a grownups dinner+evening out. We've had some wonderful babysitters but with limited and decreasing availability. If we could have something more regular and frequent, that'd be a big help.
Our kids Nora (7) and Joel (3) are sweet, just generally a handful like any pair of kids their age. They have both done pretty well with previous babysitters, though this might be the first babysitter they don't know at least somewhat (previously we have used friends and/or their former teachers). Joel isn't quite out of diapers yet - we're working on it but letting him go at his own pace a little more - so that'd be something the sitter would need to be willing to do. Otherwise the needs would be usually giving them dinner (we'll have food ready before we go) and hanging out then putting them to bed.
Fee is negotiable. Having a really good caretaker, someone patient and knowledgeable and thoughtful, is worth a lot to us.
Thanks so much!
