Hello! I am currently looking for a warm, bubbly, and loving childcare professional to help care for our one year old during the week while I work from our home in Chicago, IL. The position would be M-Th from 9 AM - 4 PM, with potential for more hours if the fit is right. Responsibilities would include keeping our child safe and entertained with age-appropriate activities, feedings, naps, diaper changes, cleaning up after baby (nursery, bottles, dishes, laundry, etc.). Must be comfortable with animals as we have three large, very friendly dogs. Ideally our person would help with short potty breaks for the pups towards the end of their shift as well. Expectations would be professionalism, transparency, up to date on vaccinations, CPR certified, clean background report, experience with infants/toddlers, English as a first language, and we would also want this person to stick around long-term. I do not mind dropping or picking up my child at another family's home. My home is a bit on the smaller side, it is on the first floor of a 2 flat home. I do have two dogs in my home for potential nanny's and nanny share families so a nanny would have to be familiar around dogs.
Would love a nanny to be able to work from 8am to 5pm and have some flexibility in case work run longs or something unexpected happens. I would also love help setting a schedule with my baby as he grows!
