Hi we are new parents to a sweet baby boy as of June 2026. We have a cavachon poodle named Arlo as well. We both work from home, and I am EBF at this time. We are looking for help during the day so we can have more focused work time and hoping for the right fit for our sweet little guy!
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ramsey Family with 1 Child
Hi! We're Coral and Taylor, an East Nashville family with a baby girl born at the end of July. We're looking for one other family to share a full-time nanny starting Jan 4.
The setup we have in mind:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, roughly 8am-4pm but flexible
- Babies close in age, so naps and feeding schedules line up
- Happy to host at our home, and flexible if you'd rather alternate homes or host yourselves
- Wage depends on if doing a share or solo
Both of us work in software and work from home, and we each have a dedicated workspace, so the nanny runs the day with parents nearby but not in the way.
Operationally, each family would be an employer, and we'd use a payroll service. Everything will be documented before day one: guaranteed hours, paid time off after an initial period, sick-day rules, and exit clauses for either family. We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The French Family with 1 Child
Our family is moving to Nashville in September! We are looking for childcare help weekday mornings starting at 6:30AM for about 4 hours a day. The primary job is to help our amazing almost 2 year old daughter get ready for school and drive her to daycare. After her day-care drop-off around 7:30, we would appreciate help with household chores such as laundry and cleaning, but we are willing to be flexible if fewer hours is preferable to you. Our needs may increase in the future to a full-time position with additional childcare, so we are hoping to connect with someone that will be a part of our family for a long time! We would also be grateful to work with someone with some flexibility for occasional child sick days or daycare closures. We don't have any pets.
