Full-Time Nanny Job: The Rider Family with 3 Children
Full-time nanny/family assistant for 3 children (including infant). Primary focus is childcare throughout the day, with responsibilities shifting based on schedules. Duties include infant care (feeding, naps, play), helping with younger child during the day, and after-school support for older child. During downtime: kids laundry, tidying play areas/kitchen resets, light meal prep, bottles. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00 p.m. (35 guaranteed hrs). 1-2x/month, one day shifts later (11:00am-7:00 p.m. or 12:00pm-8:00pm) with notice. Looking for someone proactive, organized, and reliable who takes initiative. Pay: $25-$30/hr + PTO, holidays, guaranteed hours. Occasional optional travel (expenses covered).

We are looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old twins in north Charlotte just south of Huntersville. We have a dog and a cat in the house, which you would not be expected to care for, but you would need to be comfortable with. I work one week on (10hr shifts Tues-Tues) followed by one week off, while my husband works a typical 9a-5p. In an ideal world we would have someone who is willing to work ~8:30-6 M-Fr one week and then part time the following week resulting in around 60-70hrs of work over 2wks. Bottle prep, loading and unloading bottle washer and helping with the boys laundry, would be expected. Huge plus if you have experience with multiples!

We have two daughters, Gemma age 5 just started TK at Providence Day and Wren, age 2.5yrs is at Providence Prep daycare. We would need someone between 4pm to 6pm a couple days a week, and possibly one or 2 nights to later 7-8pm. We would know these days a few weeks in advance and are not always required. We do have a dachshund who is friendly. Responsibilities would be to entertain the kids in the afternoon, help with dinner, bath and bedtime. We are also open to any additional help.
