A little bit about us

Hi everyone! We are looking for a nanny to help care for our newborn expected around mid July. We are located in Davis Square, Somerville.

We are currently looking for around 25–30 hours per week, with some flexibility depending on the fit and everyone’s needs.

Ideally, we hope to find someone who would be interested in staying with our family for at least 6–8 months if it’s a good fit for everyone, though we are also flexible.

Competitive pay ($30-35/hr depending on experience and responsibilities).

We are hoping to find someone who is experienced with newborns, reliable, caring, and comfortable working collaboratively with parents during the newborn stage. Infant care experience, strong references, and CPR certification are a plus.

We are a warm, respectful family and hope to build a positive long-term relationship with the right person.

The best work times are M to F. Weekends are an option. The scheduled care time is flexible (for planning). Being able to pick up or drop-off the kids at their daycare (and handle car seats easily) is something they'd really appreciate too.

No pets here. Maybe goldfish one day!
